Sensory Regulation Stations
A Free Expressions Creative Wellness & Self-Care Group Session
Stress can show up in the body, emotions, thoughts, and relationships. Sometimes we know we feel overwhelmed, but we are not sure what would actually help us feel more grounded.
This free Expressions session focuses on sensory regulation — exploring how sensory experiences can support calming, grounding, and self-awareness. Participants will move through guided sensory-based stations designed to encourage curiosity, reflection, and connection with personal regulation needs.
This is not about doing the activity “right.” It is about noticing what feels supportive, what feels grounding, and what helps you better understand your own stress responses.
