Abstract Emotion Painting
A Free Expressions Creative Wellness & Self-Care Group Session
Emotions can be hard to name, understand, or express — especially when we are used to pushing through, minimizing what we feel, or not having the words for what is happening inside.
This free Expressions session offers a creative way to explore emotional awareness through abstract emotion painting. Participants will use color, shape, texture, and movement as a way to reflect on emotion without needing to explain everything perfectly.
This session is not about painting something realistic or creating “good art.” The focus is process over product — using creativity as a tool for reflection, expression, and self-awareness.
