Rooted in Community
RPC is proud to serve Muskingum County and the surrounding region.
We believe meaningful mental health care extends beyond our office — it grows through partnership, collaboration, and shared impact.
What Community Means to Us
Community involvement isn’t an afterthought — it’s part of our responsibility. We believe mental health care is strongest when providers, agencies, churches, schools, and local leaders work together. Our team is actively engaged in partnerships that strengthen systems, reduce fragmentation, and improve outcomes for the individuals and families we serve.
Strategic Partnerships & Referral Networks
We have partnered with North Terrace since 2017 to provide accessible, values-grounded counseling services to individuals and families in our community.
We partner with Adult and Child Protective Services to provide Case Management and Supervised Visitation services that promote safety, stability, and coordinated support for families.
RPC provides Case Management services and administers CANS assessments as certified facilitators, supporting coordinated care for children and families with high-acuity behavioral health needs.
Leadership & Community Health Initiatives
Muskingum County Community Health Assessment (2026–2028)
RPC is honored to serve as the lead agency for Behavioral Health priorities within the Muskingum County Community Health Assessment and Community Health Improvement Plan in partnership with the Health Department. This leadership role allows us to help shape county-wide strategy around mental health access, prevention, and system improvement.
Overdose & Suicide Fatality Review Board
RPC serves on the Muskingum County Overdose Fatality Review (OFR) and Suicide Fatality Review (SFR) Board, acting as a liaison between the review board, the Healthier Muskingum Network, and the Muskingum County Suicide Coalition. Through this work, we contribute to data-informed prevention efforts and cross-sector collaboration aimed at reducing preventable deaths in our community.
