What Our Team Loves
-
At RPC, you’ll find a team that truly has your back. Our staff rated colleague support and relationships as our highest strengths—13–14% above the Ohio average
That means when work gets tough, teammates step in. People listen, respect each other, and step up to help. Staff in focus groups described this as one of the very best parts of working here—and research confirms that strong peer support is one of the best protectors against burnout. You’ll never feel like you’re in this work alone.
-
We know that every clinician and team member works best when they have the freedom to shape their work in ways that fit their life. Our team rated flexibility and autonomy 10% above state averages, with especially high marks for flexible scheduling, hybrid/remote options, and choice of clinical populations.
Team members frequently mentioned this as one of the top reasons they love working here. Whether it’s adjusting your hours to support balance at home or shaping your caseload to reflect your expertise, we prioritize flexibility so you can thrive personally and professionally.
-
Our team members consistently share how meaningful it is to live out our mission and serve clients in ways that matter. In focus groups, colleagues listed clients, our mission, and the day-to-day work itself as top reasons they stay.
When you join RPC, you’re not just clocking in—you’re contributing to a mission-driven environment where every role is connected to real impact in people’s lives. Staff describe the work as purposeful and fulfilling, and 91% reported being satisfied with their jobs, above the Ohio average.
-
We believe in investing in you. Our team noted trainings and opportunities for growth as a standout strength.
One key survey finding: team members who find new and interesting aspects in their work are significantly more likely to stay long-term, and RPC scored 10% higher than the state average in this area.
That means your professional development isn’t just supported—it’s tied directly to our retention and culture goals. From CE opportunities to focusing on your personal clinical interests, we’ll encourage you to grow in ways that align with your passion.
-
The environment here is something our staff call “inclusive,” “supportive,” and “forgiving.” Focus groups highlighted leadership’s intentional efforts to foster that culture.
Our overall workplace wellbeing score came in 10% higher than the Ohio average.
That reflects a place where you can show up as yourself, contribute to a team rooted in respect, and know that mistakes or challenges are met with understanding and growth, not judgment.
-
Even in a hybrid/remote world, connection is central to who we are. Staff described our yearly retreat, team messages, and daily collaboration as meaningful ways to stay bonded.
Interpersonal relationships scored highest in our survey at 13% above state average.
When you join our team, you’ll find structured opportunities to connect and informal moments of encouragement woven into the culture. Whether online or in-person, those connections are part of what makes RPC feel like family.

I love working at RPC for many reasons! But the main two are: 1. That I have a team of amazing [people] at my side who I know will support me in both my occupational and personal life. 2. We are blessed to have an amazing director who provides a really fun and authentic work environment, access to training and holds a space for us to learn and thrive."
