Get to Know Vy

Ultimately, love for the self is the deepest pleasure we deny ourselves. I work
daily to be courageous enough to indulge in the purest pleasure of self-love.

Vy Allen, LSW

Licensed Social Worker

Hi, I’m Vy (they/them), a Therapist here at Restorative Pathways. You might also call me an advocate, self-care coach, or a coffee-date with a degree in talking to people. I work with young adults and adolescents who are exploring themselves and their identities but don’t have a place or person to talk openly about it with.

How I Can Help

I empower and help clients express what’s going on in their head so you can own your identity, your struggles, and everything that makes you an individual. The goal is to break down barriers and tear down the walls of what we think therapy has to be.

More About Me

You can find me enjoying the outdoors, be it hiking, skating, or just chilling under the stars. When I’m not basking in the moonlight, I’m dancing, playing games, or scrolling on TikTok and Youtube (sometimes simultaneously).
