Sydney Bash

Lead Case Manager

Hello! My name is Sydney and I am the Lead Case Manager here at Restorative Pathways Counseling. I use a clinical case management approach that allows me to provide community based therapeutic interventions such as promotion of socialization, coordination to community resources and medical advocacy. I view my role as an extension of the treatment provided by your clinician into a community based setting.

How I Can Help

I work with clients who need assistance with implementing their treatment goals into their day to day life. I help clients locate, access and navigate resources available in our community. I advocate for and assist clients in communicating their medical health care needs. My goal is to ensure my clients basic needs are met so you can strengthen the experience of treatment with your clinician.

More About Me

You can find me studying for school, reading, or relaxing with my cat, Lulu. When I’m not, I’m typically spending time with family & friends, planning my next vacation or practicing yoga.
