What We Accept

We want getting started to feel clear and manageable. Below you’ll find our payment options, insurance information, and what to expect when it comes to fees and billing.

  • We are in-network with select insurance providers and will verify your benefits prior to your first appointment. Coverage varies by plan, and you may be responsible for copays, coinsurance, or deductibles.

Our team will help you understand your estimated out-of-pocket costs so there are no surprises. We submit claims on your behalf and will communicate clearly about any balances that remain your responsibility.

  • Some clients choose to pay privately for simplicity, flexibility, or privacy. Self-pay allows you to access services without insurance requirements or diagnosis reporting.

We are transparent about our rates and will discuss fees with you before services begin so you can make an informed decision about your care.

  • If we are not in-network with your insurance plan, you may still be eligible for reimbursement through out-of-network benefits. We can provide documentation (often called a superbill) for you to submit directly to your insurance company or we can submit claims on your behalf.

We encourage you to contact your insurer to understand your out-of-network coverage and reimbursement rates.

  • We understand that financial circumstances vary. Our sliding fee scale offers reduced rates based on household income and financial need.

If cost is a concern, we encourage you to discuss options with our team — we are committed to helping you explore what may be possible.
