Nestled in the natural beauty of Dillon State Park’s beach area, this experience invites you to pause, reset, and reconnect with yourself.
Together, we’ll move through calming breathwork, slow and intentional movement, and guided reflection—cultivating space for clarity, grounding, and emotional release.
Whether you’re new to mindfulness or returning to your practice, this retreat welcomes you just as you are.
Please bring:
– A yoga mat or blanket
– A journal and pen/pencil
– Water and anything else you need to be comfortable outdoors
