Lauda Leavitt, CT
Counselor Trainee
Hello, I’m Lauda Leavitt, a Counselor Trainee (CT) here at Restorative Pathways. You might also call me an Encourager, Hope Guide, or a Listening Guru. I help women and men of different ages to implement new cognitive patterns that will intertwine into everyday decision making.
How I Can Help
I am passionate about helping people see and implement their strengths. In the individual life struggles, there can be an over consumption of negative self-talk. Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) is one modality I like to use to overcome negative thinking. I combine other forms of interactive therapy as needed. As I walk with you through your struggles, trauma, and other life circumstances I would like to support you in seeing, feeling, and acknowledging the beauty of who you are.
More About Me
You can find me spending time with family and friends. When I am not with family and friends, I am enjoying farm life, working on creative projects, and playing with my pets.
