I’m passionate about helping others find freedom, healing, and restoration. I consider it a high honor to be entrusted with the call to walk along others in their struggles.
I enjoy being an active member in my church community as a worship leader, women’s small group leader, and young adult community group leader. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends, a good cup of coffee (or two), fitness, and coaching competitive high school swimming.
I graduated from Ohio University with my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2013 and completed my Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Ashland Theological Seminary in 2017. I have received specialized training in Couples counseling through the Gottman Institute (Level 2 certification). I am a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA) and the Ohio Counseling Association.

When I'm not working, my favorite thing to do is hang out with my family -- which includes my husband, two school-age daughters, two grown sons, granddaughter, and foster son. I also enjoy participating in online Bible Studies and reading Christian fiction.
Depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and relationship issues. I have specialized training in Trauma-Focused CBT, expressive therapies with youth and adolescents, domestic violence, and family systems.
