Client Care Coordinator

Hi, I’m Lakyn, the Client Care Coordinator here at Restorative Pathways. You might also call me the scheduling pro, friendly face, or the real life reminder. I work with new and returning clients to ensure they are receiving the best quality of care whether that be setting up appointments, answering questions, or doing follow up calls.

Scheduling

I am here to help new and returning clients schedule appointments and help place them in a place that best fits their needs and goals. I can answer any questions when it comes to scheduling or knowing what to expect for your first visit.

Friendly Face

I am the first person that people come in contact with here at Restorative Pathways. My goal is to be a friendly face and try to make everything as easy as possible for our clients. If there is anything I can do to accomplish this goal please let me know!

Real Life Reminder

I follow up with clients for multiple things including upcoming appointments, any paperwork that needs to be completed before their appointment, and returning phone calls to clients.

How I Can Help

I want to make your experience at Restorative Pathways a positive experience so you can focus on your goals and grow. The goal is to ensure that you are set up for not only current appointments, but upcoming appointments as well to allow you to feel stress free when coming in for counseling.

More About Me

You can find me hanging out with my family, friends, and loved ones in my free time. Family means a lot to me and I believe that being close with my family is extremely important. When I’m not with my family, I’m either creating fun makeup looks to post on social media, listening to music, or going on drives either by myself or with my sister to get starbucks!
