Come embrace puppies and get a deep stretch at puppy yoga. Yoga will be offered at a beginner level and will focus on stretching and breathing. Puppies will be free to roam and receive love while you let go of stress. Please bring a Yoga mat if you have one available and wear comfortable clothing. Let stress go and fill up on puppy love. The puppies at the event will be Icelandic Sheepdogs provided by Gone to the Dogs.
If you have allergies, please be aware that the puppies are Icelandic Sheepdogs and are NOT hypo-allergenic. Please do not bring dogs of your own to the event.
